Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET) is a widely used plastic in bottles, packaging, and textiles. Through efficient recycling and processing, post-consumer PET bottles are transformed into clean, high-grade PET flakes, minimizing waste and environmental impact.

1. Collection: Post-consumer PET bottles and plastic waste are collected from verified sources.
    
2. Sorting: Manual and optical sorting separates PET from caps, labels, and impurities.
    
3. Washing: Hot and cold washing systems remove adhesives, residues, and contaminants.
    
4. Grinding: PET bottles are shredded into uniform flakes.
    
5. Drying & Quality Check: Flakes are dried and filtered for purity, color, and intrinsic viscosity.
    
6. Final Product: Clean, high-quality PET flakes ready for use in fiber, packaging, and resin applications.
